Financial Accountant

Our client is expanding their finance team and is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their hybrid team in Potchefstroom. Working closely with international clients in the Netherlands, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality services while gaining valuable global exposure. With only two days a week in the office, you ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model without sacrificing collaboration or career development.

• Manage the full accounting function for an international client portfolio
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform reconciliations, journals, and month-end processes
• Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards
• Liaise directly with clients in the Netherlands
• Support audit processes and resolve financial queries
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies

• Newly Qualified CA(SA), or BCom Degree with completed SAICA articles with 2+ years  post articles experience
• Strong financial accounting and reporting capability
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines in a client-focused environment
