Minimum Qualifications / Experience
* BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles will be advantageous.
* Minimum 10 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles, including cost accounting, inventory management, and production costing.
* Knowledge and experience of Sage X3 will be advantageous.
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial controls.
* Sound knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and South African financial regulations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Must be dedicated, ethical, professional, and results-driven.##### Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions of the Lichtenburg Cement Factory.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Maintain and monitor accurate inventory, production costing, and cost accounting records.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and tax submissions.
* Analyse financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost control.
* Drive financial controls and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
* Work closely with operational and departmental managers to support business decision-making.
