Senwes is looking for a Creditors Clerk to perform and control creditor administration processes by ensuring the accurate processing of creditor transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments and related financial information. The successful candidate will proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, and support the integrity of financial records while contributing to efficient accounts payable processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Creditor account reconciliations.
- Creditor transaction processing and capturing.
- Query, error and dispute resolution.
- Vendor payments and payment control.
- Vendor master data maintenance.
- Creditor account controls and reporting.
- Stakeholder, vendor, audit and administrative support.
