Location: Kempton Park

We are actively looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated and disciplined Creditors Clerk. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador accurate and efficient creditors management processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Accounts Payable
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good understanding of Foreign Creditors and Currency
Good communication skills
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Computer Literacy (All Ms Office functions)
Knowledge and understanding of SAP S4

Hana or ERP system will be advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Able to work in a team.
Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Must reside in Gauteng

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the accounts payable function across entities
Processing Creditors invoices
Reconciliation of Creditors statements and ledgers
Timely preparation of accurate payment packs
Submission of remittances to Creditors
Resolve Supplier queries in a timely manner
Work closely with Logistics & Purchasing teams to resolve queries timeously
Always maintain strong supplier relationships
General adhoc bookkeeping functions
