Multi Dynamic Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our Property Management Team/Sales as a Trust Accountant/Bookkeeper. This is an end-to-end accounting role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing trust accounts and providing accurate financial reports to clients and accountants.

• Daily receipting of funds received
• Managing and processing payments to owners and creditors
• Supplying tax invoices to all tenants
• Answering enquiries regarding rent payments to tenants when required
• Inputting invoices from creditors into the system
• Ensuring rent invoices and payments are accurate
• Passing on rent payments to clients once cheques have cleared the system
• Ensuring bank statements balance with the system
• Providing BAS and Financial Statements to Accountants when required.

• Proactive, punctual, and reliable
• Strong administration skills, organisation, and systems-orientated
• Attention to detail, including impeccable admin and data entry skills
• Experience with Property Tree software system is highly advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage and work through competing priorities
• Ability to take full ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
• Quick learner and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• PC and IT savvy
