- Assist accountants with day-to-day client accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Process financial information up to trial balance level.
- Assist with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
- Handle SARS registrations and submissions.
- Respond to and assist with client queries.
- Work with accounting and tax systems including Sage Online, Draftworx and SARS e-Filing.
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping experience.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping processes and financial records.
- Experience with Sage Online, Draftworx and SARS e-Filing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal professionally with clients.
