The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts is seeking a Cost Controller to support the Hotel General Manager and Group Procurement in cost savings, stock control and stock takes, while keeping storerooms clean and organized.
The role requires Matric and 1–2 years in stock or cost control, strong Excel, problem solving, and teamwork; you should be meticulous, presentable and able to delegate and work under pressure. Relocation costs will be your responsibility if living outside the city.
