Accounts Administrator (Disabled candidates only) Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department by ensuring accurate supplier reconciliations, data capturing, and assistance with audit processes. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform supplier reconciliations accurately and timeously.
Investigate and resolve supplier account discrepancies.
Capture financial and supplier information onto the relevant accounting systems.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents as required.
Process invoices and ensure correct allocation of expenses.
File and maintain finance records in accordance with company procedures.
Support the Finance Team with general administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Matric (Grade 12).
Relevant accounting, bookkeeping, or finance qualification will be advantageous
Must have a disability
Must reside in Vanderbijlpark
2+ years' experience in an accounting or finance administration environment.
Experience performing supplier reconciliations.
Experience with data capturing and financial record keeping.
Exposure to internal or external audit processes.
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
