Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales department with administrative tasks, customer service, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Maintain and update customer information on internal systems.
• Assist the sales team with administrative support and follow-ups.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and order tracking.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures.

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
