Role OverviewThe Booking Clerk will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You will handle scheduling, confirm bookings, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our service departments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, personable, and confident in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, update and set bookings on the system for client appointments and consultations
- Schedule meetings for Marketing, and SEO projects, client meetings etc.
- Confirm bookings and follow up with clients on pending or incomplete appointments
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to align schedules and project timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and communication
- Communicate well internally about upcoming bookings and the status on previous bookings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy and fast paced environment
