Position: Receptionist / Admin Clerk
Location: Ixopo

Our client based in Ixopo is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin Clerk.

The responsibilities would be:

  • Reception (Assisting walk in clients/operating switchboard).
  • Handling general email queries.
  • Marketing available products and overseeing the sales area.
  • Developing a customer database & promoting customer relation.
  • Providing excellent, efficient, friendly service to our clients.
  • POS & Credit card sales, cashing up and reporting to the Accounts Manager.

Requirements:

  • A suitable qualification & experience would be advantageous.
  • The candidate must speak excellent English and Zulu or isi Xhosa.
  • The candidate must be proficient on a computer.
