Job Purpose
The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. You will handle documentation, data capturing, learner records, and assist with coordination between trainers, learners, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office communication and correspondence (emails, calls, filing).
Maintain accurate learner and staff records.
Prepare reports, attendance registers, and certificates.
Assist in coordinating training schedules and logistics.
Support finance with invoices, stipends, and procurement paperwork.
Maintain an organized filing and tracking system for projects and learners.
Provide general administrative support to management and trainers.
Requirements
Grade 12 or higher qualification (Diploma in Office Administration is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in an academic or training environment will be an advantage.
