Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Reliable, disciplined, and professional

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on internal systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with Excel-based reporting, tracking, and data management
• Perform daily administrative support
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness at all times
• Support document filing, record keeping, and system updates
• Provide general operational and administrative support as required
• Participate in training and development activities within the YES Programme
