Remuneration: R10 000 – R12 000 CTC per month, dependent on experience

Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join their dealership team. This position is ideally suited to a well-presented and articulate individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced motor industry environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the dealership’s administrative and operational functions. This opportunity would suit a motivated young professional looking to grow and develop within a reputable automotive business.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive front-desk experience
- Assist with general administrative duties and office support
- Accurately prepare quotations and related documentation
- Capture and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Support the service and sales departments with administrative coordination
- Maintain a neat, organised, and professional reception area
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Previous reception experience within the automotive / motor industry essential
- Strong verbal communication skills with excellent English proficiency
- Good hearing, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Customer-centric approach with strong people skills
- Accurate with spelling, typing, and numerical capturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- TMS system experience advantageous
- Stable employment history
- Immediate starters preferred
