Temporary Office Administrator (3-Month Contract) Location:
Coega, Port Elizabeth
Contract Duration:
3 Months
Start Date: 1 July

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Office Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role requires an individual with exceptional administrative and data capturing skills who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Location:
Coega, Port Elizabeth
Contract Duration: 3 Months

Start Date:

1 July
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • 2–3 Saturdays per month: 08:00 – 14:00
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data capturing.
  • Manage general administrative duties and filing.
  • Draft and respond to emails professionally.
  • Maintain electronic and manual records.
  • Capture, update and verify information with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
  • Provide general office support to the team.
  • Ensure all work is completed within required deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent typing speed with exceptional data capturing ability.
  • Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the full 3-month contract.
  • Able to start immediately (1 July)
