They are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual who is organised, personable, and able to manage front-office operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
* Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier deliveries
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional front-office environment
* Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data capturing, and document management
* Scheduling meetings and managing boardroom bookings
* Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive client experience
* Coordinating office supplies and placing orders when required
* Supporting various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic reporting where necessary
** Requirements*
* * Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
* Relevant administrative qualification (advantageous)
* 2years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Afrikaans & English
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Presentable, reliable, and able to work independently
