MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Perform general office administration
- Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence
- Provide professional reception service
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Secretarial or office administration qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3 years' experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
DESIRED
EXPERIENCE:
One year in the healthcare industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Event planning and coordination
- Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Stock control
- Minute taking
- Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memo's, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
