RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- One to Two years administration experience
- Experience in a warehouse & purchasing environment advantageous
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Computer literate
- High levels of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Good sense of urgency
- Team-player able to multi-task and take instruction
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and external companies
- Ability to resolve problems pro-actively and independently
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience advantageous
- Computer Literate (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Numerical ability essential
- Document control, management of all administrative documentation, i.e. invoices, credit notes, release packs and photos are accounted for and stored electronically.
- Processing of credit notes.
- Ensuring actions post credit have been done (getting re-invoices or journal numbers to note on the credit request before attaching on the system)
- Attach credit note request form on D365 daily/as needed (must be attached within 24hrs)
- Compiling monthly reports on credits done
- Assist with releasing trucks when needed, compiling Exports documents for the driver’s pack.
- Printing D365 Tax invoices when needed
- Updating Load pics drive with release packs and photos daily before 10 am
- Attach POD’s and Tax invoices on D365 invoice journal daily
- Sending proof of exports documents to suppliers monthly or when required
- Compiling of Exports documents for rebates when required
- Assist with receipting when required
- Creating journals for stock movement
- Arranging for collection of stock from suppliers
- Assist with processing of purchase orders when required
- Resolve queries with the respective teams
- Perform other administrative duties, as required, outside of the primary function
