Mascor Toyota Dalton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide end-to-end administrative support for the Toyota and COR Centre operations.

Receive and process customer payments in accordance with approved cash-handling procedures.

Reconcile and process daily banking accurately, ensuring all variances are investigated and resolved promptly.

Prepare and submit accurate weekly cash sales reports within agreed timelines.

Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted to Head Office accurately and on time.

Monitor outstanding debtor balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and provide a monthly debtor status report to Head Office.

Maintain effective control of petty cash, including reconciliation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policy.

Manage invoicing activities for the COR Centre, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.

Manage incoming reception calls professionally and direct queries to the appropriate person or department.
