Admin Clerk - White River The ideal candidate MUST reside in White River, is a non smoker, own reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and fluent in Afrikaans & English.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Minimum of 4-6 years experience working as an Administrator

We are hiring an Admin Clerk in White River. Job Title: Admin Clerk
Reporting to: Manager
Sector: Financial Services, Admin, Office & Support
Function: Office Administrator, Clerk - Accounts
Qualification: Senior Certificate - Grade 12 (Matric)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Core Administrative Duties
  • General office administration, filing, scanning, and document control.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and internal communication.
  • Relief reception duties: answering calls, assisting visitors, and cashier support if required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business transactions, office activities, and store/branch documentation.
HR & Personnel Administration:
  • Assisting with onboarding and termination documentation for staff.
  • Maintaining personnel files, leave forms, disciplinary documentation, and WCA (Workmen’s Compensation) claims.
  • Assisting employees with HR-related queries and benefit documentation.
  • Supporting skills development and employment equity reporting.
Timekeeping & Payroll Support:
  • Capturing daily/weekly timesheets for processing, and cleaning teams.
  • Submitting payroll information accurately and on time.
  • Updating leave records and ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
Production, Inventory & Compliance Administration:
  • Capturing GRNs/CVRs for deliveries, packaging materials, chemicals, and consumables.
  • Matching GRNs to invoices and processing returns for damaged or incorrect goods.
  • Assisting with inventory audits and compliance-related documents.
Financial & Reporting Duties:
  • Organizing month-end statements and capturing invoices.
  • Assisting with basic accounting and financial reporting.
