Location: Somerset West
An international company has an opportunity for a sales controller/administrator to join their branch in Somerset West. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
Duties include the following:
- Ensuring that Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
- Handling urgent correspondence when sales representatives are not available
- Handling telephonic orders, checking that orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers
- Processing orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements
- Maintaining filing systems so to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to sales departments
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Good administrative, organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a pressurised environment.
