A leading company within the telecommunications and technology industry is seeking an experienced young and dynamic Office Operations Co-ordinator for a 6-month contract position based in Cape Town CBD.
This on-site role will focus on office coordination, facilities management, asset management, access control, operational support, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will be working closely with the HR Manager.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Certification in Business Administration will be advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in an Office Co-ordination, Office Administration, Facilities Co-ordination, or Operations Support role
- Previous experience in a corporate, professional services, telecommunications, or technology environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing company equipment, office assets, inventory control, and reporting
- Experience working with digital tools, reporting systems, and operational tracking platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
- Google Workspace experience advantageous
- Basic understanding of office health and safety procedures and facilities management protocols
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Immediate availability to commence a 6-month contract
- Co-ordinate and manage daily office operations and administration activities
- Liaise with building management, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Manage office access control, parking tags, visitor access, and monthly reporting
- Oversee office asset management, inventory control, equipment tracking, and stock takes
- Maintain office supplies, purchasing records, and monthly reconciliations
- Ensure office cleanliness, organisation, and facilities standards are maintained
- Manage and oversee the external cleaning service provider
- Prepare courier packaging and dispatch documentation
- Compile operational, inventory, and asset management reports for leadership
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support the HR team, CEO, and Senior Leadership with office-related requirements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and office procedures
