Document Workflow Administrator - SLA-Driven

Medipost Pharmacy is looking to appoint a motivated and competent individual to fill the vacant position of CDU Doc Workflow Administrator in the Mailroom.

Primary purpose of the job

• Documents assessed and linked within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines
• Accurate technical pre-assessing of prescriptions
• Accurate linking of documents
• Documents to be sent back to Facilities within SLA timelines
• Investigating and accurate reporting of linking errors
• Adherence to and manage good housekeeping practises
• Time & attendance according to Company Policies
• Good Collaboration with colleagues and management
• Adaptability and Problem-solving capabilities: 100% query resolution
• Ability to identify and escalate problems through relevant channels
• 
  Accountability: Acceptance, good or bad, of your personal actions that contribute to attaining or failing to meet and intended goal.
• 
  Responsibility: Having the obligation to complete a task that you are directly in charge of.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12/Matric

EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of administration processes 1-2 Years
• Knowledge of WC CDU and or Medipost Operations and processes 1-2
  
  Years
• Computer Literate
• Microsoft Office (Excel – Basic to Intermediate)
