Our client, a respected higher education institution, is seeking an experienced Academic Administrative Systems Specialist to join their Academic Administration team.

Minimum requirements:

Honours Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma or BTech in Information Systems, Information and Communication Technology, Administration, Data Science, or a related field
7 Years experience in student systems management, higher education administration, or a similar specialist role
5 Years experience in academic administration within a higher education institution, including 3 years in admissions and registration
Advanced knowledge of ITS Student System and HEDA/JASPER (or equivalent student information systems)
Experience in data analytics, system integration, process optimisation, and process mapping
Sound understanding of SAQA processes
Proven experience leading projects and improving student administration systems
Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
