Duties /
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on outstanding Debtor payments.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Accounts administration using Xero and QuickB2B.
Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support ad hoc reporting and bookkeeping as needed.
Requirements
Fluent in English
financial administration.
Strong experience with Xero and QuickB2B (proficiency in both advantageous).
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up on deadlines.
