Receptionist / Admin Clerk
Alrode, Alberton
R10 000 to R12 000 CTC per month
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Clerk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work professionally under pressure.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers.
- Manage the reception area, incoming calls, emails, and visitor access.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
- Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and finance-related documentation.
- Coordinate mail, courier services, and internal communications.
- Support office operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
