We are seeking a Regional Admin & Training Manager.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and training support across the mining region. The role ensures the effective implementation of company systems, policies, and procedures while maintaining operational consistency across all branches.
Key responsibilities include coordinating regional administrative activities, facilitating and delivering staff training, monitoring compliance with company standards, preparing and managing operational reports, and providing high-level administrative support to regional management. The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, enhancing employee capability, and driving overall branch performance within the mining region.
What We’re Looking For:- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- A Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
- Strong Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), MCS, and Accpac.
- Experience with in the service and/or mining industry will be advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong auditing, governance, and compliance orientation.
- Deliver in-house training on company systems, policies, and procedures for all new and existing employees.
- Train branch staff on invoicing processes to ensure SLA compliance and assist in reducing debtor days.
- Provide administrative support to branches as and when required.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement improved processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and ensure the accurate and timely submission of month-end reports and financial documentation.
- Review and validate petty cash reconciliations and monthly branch submissions.
- Manage regional communication and reporting across the inland region.
- Organize regional meetings, prepare meeting packs, record minutes, and monitor the completion of action items.
- Draft, compile, and submit monthly management reports for the Regional Director.
- Align and streamline administrative, operational, and sales processes across the region.
- Maintain a centralized filing system for contracts, policies, leave schedules, and other regional documentation.
- Oversee and monitor the hygiene stock module within regional branches.
- Facilitate manpower requisitions and ensure employment approval processes are completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate the diaries and schedules of support managers.
- Conduct quarterly audits of branch administrative processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Perform general administrative duties, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and handling professional correspondence.
