Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:A bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if offset by exceptional industry experience.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as an EA supporting C-suite executives, ideally within private equity, investment, mining, or heavy infrastructure.
  • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with blue-collar site managers and white-collar investors alike.
  • Adaptability:A resilient, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the chief executive officer, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and schedule optimisation.
  • Manage the CEO s correspondence, communications, and confidential documentation with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and other executive documentation to support meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, Board meetings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring all logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions are effectively managed.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coordinate communication and engagement with operational management, corporate teams, investors, government officials, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor action items arising from executive meetings and ensure timely follow-up and completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of strategic projects, corporate initiatives, and business improvement activities as directed by the CEO.
