Salary: R6,000 – R8,000 per month

Midvaal Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for a Workshop Admin Intern to join their team in the Vaal area.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and organised individual looking to gain valuable experience within a workshop environment while supporting the administrative functions of the business.

• Assist with workshop filing, job cards and service records.
• Capture and update workshop information on internal systems.
• Follow up on outstanding workshop documentation.
• Assist with scheduling service, repair and maintenance bookings.
• Provide general administrative support to the workshop.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and efficient workflow within the department.

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Non-negotiable.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
• Relevant qualification in Administration, Warehouse or Logistics will be advantageous.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working on SAP Business One will be advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
