Junior Finance Administrator

• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
• Capture invoices, payments, and other financial data accurately
• Assist with processing and verifying invoices
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records and filing systems
• Support account and statement reconciliations
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and information
• Assist with processing and allocating payments
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets
• Address customer and supplier queries
• Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
• Support the wider team with office and finance administration as needed

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous administration or basic finance administration experience
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel
• Own reliable transport is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to accept responsibility and work independently
• Live in or around the Krugersdorp area
