Logistics and Fleet Administrator

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Logistics and Fleet Administrator to support their operations in Nelspruit . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of the company's transport and logistics department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for fleet record-keeping, scheduling maintenance, managing permits, and assisting the logistics manager.

• Maintain accurate records for the entire fleet, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with service providers.
• Assist in managing driver logs, trip reports, and expense claims.
• Process permits, licenses, and other regulatory documentation for the fleet.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics and fleet management team.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, management, and external service providers.

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within a logistics or fleet management environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
