Our dynamic North Coast Campus is looking for a dedicated Academic Administrator to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering service excellence!

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the student academic records process.

• Student file and database administration
• Transfer and replace existing students where necessary
• Student registrations and tracking
• Academic admin and progression reports
• Graduation administration
• Assessment administration
• Student and lecturer administrative support
• Text book and apparel stock control and administration

• Tertiary qualification beneficial
• A minimum of 1 year in an administrative role in the academic sector
• Experience in the creative industry is beneficial

• Knowledge of administrative compliance within the educational sector
• Very strong admin background
• Understanding of academic record keeping
• Strong computer literacy
