Role Description

This is a role unique to We Buy Cars and is the foundation of our company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a drive to reach targets, and requires a self-motivated, dynamic, honest, loyal, and hard-working personality. We expect excellent customer service, accurate vehicle evaluations from our esteemed used-vehicle buyers to purchase quality vehicles at the right price!

Role Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 (tertiary qualification will be advantageous)
2+ years’ work experience (with a strong focus on customer service)
Valid motor vehicle license

Duties and Responsibilities

Exceed monthly vehicle target
Plan daily activities effectively to meet buying targets
Purchase vehicles at the right price
Accurate on-site vehicle evaluations
Plan daily activities to effectively manage leads and meet targets
Create a memorable customer experience
Brand ambassador
