Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily workshop operations and service excellence. Manage and lead technicians, apprentices, service advisors, and support staff.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Drive customer satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, and profitability.
Manage warranty processes and service department performance.
Oversee inventory management and stock control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain accurate workshop administration and reporting systems.
