About the Role

Our client is looking for driven individuals to become Apprentice Mechanics specializing in automotive repairs in Vereeniging . This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop comprehensive skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced master technicians, you will gain hands‑on experience with vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components. • Assist senior mechanics in performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Perform basic repairs on vehicle components, including brakes, exhaust systems, and suspension.
• Accurately document work performed and parts used in service orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are handled with care.

• Grade 12 or equivalent, with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science.
• A genuine passion for automotive mechanics and a strong desire to learn.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
