Job Summary The Strategic Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the procurement function, ensuring that all purchasing activities are conducted in a manner that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Sourcing and Negotiation :
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure optimal supplier selection and negotiation of best possible pricing terms.
Purchase Order Management :
Manage purchase orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Inventory Management :
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations.
Purchasing Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or related field.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft Office Proficiency :
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
