About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to enhance their network in Benoni. This role is essential for building and nurturing collaborations with other organizations, businesses, and community leaders to amplify our client's impact across Gauteng. You will identify synergistic opportunities, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and manage ongoing partner relationships to drive program success and resource mobilization.

• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and corporations.
• Develop proposals for collaborative projects and funding opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and deliverables.
• Represent the organization at external events and networking opportunities.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of the non-profit sector and the Benoni community is a plus.
