Operations Lead

Qualifications

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Relevant qualification in warehousing

• Valid drivers license
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have understanding of basic business principles.
• SAP Business 1 experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Import and / Export processes is an added advantage.

• Purchase order processing on behalf of Magna Tyres and related business partners.
• Sales Order processing and delivery planning for all AR customers.
• Stock management including Goods Receipting, Stock Transfer, Stock Count and Replenishment planning.
• Invoicing : managing the Invoice processes for both AP and AR
• Stock Import & Export: management and coordination for both AP and AR related transactions, coordinating with appointed customs clearance partners to ensure seamless movement.
• Transport coordination: including rate sourcing, delivery planning following up on all necessary documentation (Invoices and Delivery Notes).
• Warehouse Planning dispatch planning and coordination, space management.
• Additional Roles that may be required from time to time
• Assisting in an inside sales capacity for any calls made direct to the office including gathering customer information and quoting of customer.
• Assisting in occasional administrative duties that may be required.
• Other roles that may be required by the organisation from Time to time.
