About the Role
Our client is looking for a results-driven Management Consultant focused on Business Transformation to join their team in Benoni . This role is critical for helping clients fundamentally rethink and reshape their business models, processes, and organizational structures to achieve significant improvements in performance. You will work with diverse organizations to identify strategic opportunities, design transformation programs, and lead their successful execution.
This position requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving meaningful organizational change. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering sustainable value and competitive advantage for our clients.
- Assess client organizations to identify drivers for transformation and strategic imperatives.
- Design and develop comprehensive business transformation strategies and implementation plans.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in executing transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to ensure buy-in and alignment.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of transformation efforts.
- Provide expertise in change management, organizational design, and process re-engineering.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation or change management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of various business functions and industry best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
