About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within their Benoni-based operations. This role focuses on implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of quality and innovation across various departments. You will work closely with teams to identify areas for enhancement, implement change initiatives, and measure their impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for process improvement and a strong background in operational methodologies.

• Develop and implement operational excellence programs and strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Conduct operational audits and assessments to identify areas of inefficiency and risk.
• Facilitate training and workshops on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure sustained performance gains.
• Champion a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous learning throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role focused on process improvement.
• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
