You will conduct detailed operational assessments, develop practical solutions, and guide implementation efforts to achieve measurable performance gains. Key Responsibilities- Lead operational diagnostic engagements to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized business processes and supply chain solutions.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational progress.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on operational matters.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Provide training and support to client operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations consulting, supply chain management, or process optimization.
- Demonstrated success in leading operational improvement projects and delivering significant cost savings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with clients in the Mpumalanga region is beneficial.
