About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Senior Manager, Operations Strategy to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and refining the company's overarching operational strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term efficiency and growth. You will conduct in-depth analysis of operational performance, identify key strategic opportunities, and develop actionable plans for implementation. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for driving transformation through strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across various departments.
- Develop and articulate the company's operational strategy and long-term vision.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Analyze operational data to identify key trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic plans.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executive teams.
- Proven experience in operations strategy , strategic planning, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of business operations across various functions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks and tools.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
