About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their practice in Nelspruit . You will lead engagements aimed at optimizing operational workflows, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs for a variety of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of process analysis, re-engineering methodologies, and the ability to implement sustainable improvements. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying bottlenecks, simplifying complex processes, and driving operational excellence, contributing significantly to client success through tangible performance gains.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing business process improvements.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Map current state processes and design future state processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop business cases for process improvements, quantifying benefits and ROI.
- Manage project teams and stakeholder relationships throughout the improvement lifecycle.
- Train client teams on new processes and ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement , operational consulting, or a similar role.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and achieve measurable operational results.
