Management Consultant, Operations Excellence

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Management Consultant focused on Operations Excellence to join their Nelspruit practice. This role requires a deep understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, and supply chain management to help clients optimize their core business functions. You will work closely with client teams to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and drive sustainable performance improvements. • Assess current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Implement lean management principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other operational improvement tools.
• Optimize supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to drive the implementation of operational changes and ensure buy-in.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track operational improvements and business impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational consulting.
• Proven experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence operational teams.
