Consultant - Business Process Re-engineering

Our client, a reputable firm in Management Consultancy , is actively seeking a skilled Consultant focused on Business Process Re-engineering to join their team in Nelspruit . This role is dedicated to helping organizations fundamentally rethink and redesign their business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service, and speed. You will lead diagnostic phases, identify key pain points, and collaborate with clients to design and implement optimized workflows.

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in client business processes.
• Map current state processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

• Quantify the business impact (cost savings, efficiency gains) of proposed process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather input and drive consensus on process redesign in Nelspruit .

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process improvement , re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the Mpumalanga region or with relevant industries is a plus.
