Senior Management Consultant - Operations Excellence

Our client is recruiting a seasoned Senior Management Consultant with a focus on Operations Excellence to join their team in Benoni . You will be responsible for helping clients optimize their operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs across their value chains. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on implementation guidance, working closely with clients in Gauteng to achieve sustainable operational improvements.

You will play a key part in driving performance enhancements and ensuring clients maintain a competitive edge through optimized operations.

• Assess current operational processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement strategies for lean operations, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational progress.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions on operational best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate new operational models and technologies effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations consulting or leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills for engagements in Benoni .
