Responsible for coordinating and overseeing drilling and blasting activities to ensure safe, compliant and effective execution of the mining plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review drill patterns and blast parameters.
• Coordinate drilling and charging activities.
• Supervise drilling and blasting operations.
• Conduct and coordinate pre-blast inspections.
• Monitor blast performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with explosives legislation and site procedures.
• Maintain relevant drilling and blasting records.

• DMR/Mineral Resources regulatory registration as applicable.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in opencast drilling and blasting.
• Strong knowledge of blasting practices and safety requirements.
