Senior Product Manager - Beauty Tech

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for beauty technology initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and unmet customer needs.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in product management , preferably within the technology or beauty sectors.
• Proven experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry and emerging tech trends (e.g., AI, AR, connected devices).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
