Management Consultant - Strategy Execution

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is actively recruiting a Management Consultant with a strong focus on Strategy Execution to join their team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. • Assist clients in developing and refining strategy execution roadmaps.
• Lead project teams in the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Identify potential roadblocks to strategy execution and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across organizational functions.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms to track progress.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to client leadership and project stakeholders.
• Support the development of change management strategies to ensure adoption.
• Analyze organizational structures and capabilities to support strategy execution.
• Contribute to proposal development and business development efforts.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations, with a focus on execution.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and driving change within organizations.
• Strong understanding of strategy implementation frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
