Quantity Surveyor job vacancy in Somerset West.
Quantity Surveyor with
B.Sc or
B.Tech Degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction Industry specific to Residential Property Development, required to join this national Property Development Company based in Somerset West, Cape Town.
- B.Sc or
B.Tech Degree in Quantity Surveying - Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience essential
- Experience in measuring of projects, pricing, budgeting, valuations, material approval, and reviewing of plan measurements required
- Residential construction and property development experience preferred
- Measuring of Projects
- Pricing of Projects
- Budgeting
- Valuations of sub contractor’s work for payment
- Valuation of site progress
- Updating forecasts on monitor site expenditure
- Material approvals
- Review plan measurements
